Expression of Pride

Apr 21, 2023

Be proud of the vast expression of who you are, sweetie. Love who and how you want. All of you is welcome here!

Happy Pride Y’all!

FYI: The word pride is used in this case as an antonym for shame. This month, we celebrate people being proud of their sexual orientation and gender identity, that sexual diversity is a gift, and that sexual orientation and gender identity are inherent and cannot be intentionally altered.

Pride in this sense is an affirmation of one's self and the community as a whole.
👉🏻The modern "gay pride" movement began after the Stonewall riots of the late 1960s. In June 1970, the first pride parade in the United States commemorated the one-year anniversary of the Stonewall riots—the nearly week-long uprising between New York City youth and police officers following a raid of Stonewall Inn.

-> -> -> I am clear that gender and sexuality are social constructs and I do not participate in those labels. I am just ME!!! and have zero need to share about my sexuality, gender, or any other identity. I love humans and sometimes when it feels safe, right, and connected I will make love with them. Pure and simple. -> Yes, that is me expressing as a man. Cheers!
